CUTTING OIL
Zep Lubeze Drill Chill is a cutting oil that eliminates heat at its source to ensure clean, smooth cuts and prolonged tool life. It is fortified with sulfur and chlorine compounds for extreme pressure applications. Lubeze Drill Chill also provides maximum lubrication, reduces friction, and results in minimal wear. It also leaves a temporary, rust-inhibiting coating on tools and freshly-cut metal surfaces. Can be used on carbon, allot, and stainless steel as well as softer metals such as aluminum. It also acts to prevent chips resulting from welding to the cutting tool surface, as well as acting to prevent seizing. It clings to surfaces and resists run-off and break-down.
