Valve sprays at any angle and gets to hard-to-reach places. Complies with Federal Specification VVP2126B Penetrating Oil for Loosening Frozen Metallic Parts. Contains no chlorinated solvents. Quickly penetrates corroded, rusted, and frozen parts such as pipe fittings, nuts/bolts, valves, locks, zippers and tools USDA authorized-C1 in non-processing areas.
